My Antonia
After reading a real boy's book like Lonesome Dove, this one paled in comparison to the action. Willa Cather's prose was pretty but I've been spoiled by modernism and wasn't all that impressed with it. The plot was also mild and bordered on boring. I was also sick while I read it though, so I may have been just feeling like a jerk while I read it.
